Mathieu is a tax lawyer, holding a law degree in Business Law with a specialization in Corporate Tax Law from Université Paris Nanterre and graduated of the Paris Bar School (EFB). He first gained professional experience in leading firms in Paris and Amsterdam before practicing in Luxembourg, where he advises clients since 2023 on both domestic and international tax matters.
Mathieu is involved in cross-border transactions and tax structuring for multinational clients as well as for private equity houses and private clients. He is also part of the firm’s tax audit and litigation practice.
Mathieu is a member of the Luxembourg branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023. He is fluent in both French and English.
