6Anthony is a tax lawyer holding an LL.M. in European and International Tax Law from the University of Luxembourg.
Before joining SIMON Law, Anthony gained valuable experience at a leading Luxembourg law firm, where he focused primarily on matters of direct taxation. His practice covers a wide range of tax matters, including the tax structuring of (alternative) investment funds, cross-border taxation of multinational groups, and private client advisory for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), particularly in relation to real estate investments. Anthony also plays an active role in the firm’s tax litigation practice.
Anthony is a member of the Luxembourg Branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2023.
He is fluent in German, French, English, and Luxembourgish.
